AGG_OWNERSHIP_BY_PERSON_MONTHLY

insider_txn_share.agg_ownership_by_person_monthly

This model aggregates the data from the filing level (AGG_BY_FILING) to the reporting person level on a monthly frequency. The output provides a monthly time series for each reporting person at each company (technology + consumer companies). The analytics focus on changes in ownership and the number of and type of transactions.
